Here's how to grab things off of YouTube and put them on your computer.
1st Go to Vixey.net (or use my cut and paste below)
scroll down and find this. Choose the the right one for you: (Mac Book should choose Intel.)
"Vixy.net Converter Desktop Version (BETA):
For your desktop version is available now. It looks like this site and the usage is almost same as this site. It's free but with Ads. It's still in BETA release so it will expire at Mar/31/2009.
Download App for MacOSX (10.4, 10.5) Intel / PPC
Version 0.4 Oct/06/2008 To install the app, please open dmg file and copy the app to your "Application" folder. The converted file will be in your "Movie" folder. (You can change the output folder from "Preference" Menu.)
After this downloads- open it. Drag it to applications.
To use it.
Open it and paste the url of the utube clip you want into the space provided.
When it is done, click done. Close vixey (you do NOT need to choose paypal). Finally find your clip in your movies folder.
Please let me know if you encounter problems particularly with PCs.
